3. User Roles & Platform Usage

• Soccer Players: By uploading videos and stats, you grant registered scouts and managers the right to view and evaluate your profile for talent recruitment.
• Scouts & Managers: You agree to use this platform strictly for legitimate scouting and recruitment purposes. Commercial data mining or exploitation of youth athlete profiles is strictly prohibited.

4. User-Generated Content & Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policy

Ballzinho enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable, defamatory, offensive, or predatory content. The platform integrates instant blocking and reporting systems. Any user violating these content standards will have their content removed and their account suspended permanently within 24 hours.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Ballzinho makes no absolute guarantees regarding professional soccer trials, contracts, or athletic scholarships. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from your platform usage.
