This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Ballzinho, governing your utilization of the Ballzinho mobile application. Downloading or using the application constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.

1. Scope of License

Ballzinho grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the mobile application on authorized mobile operating systems strictly according to our global safety guidelines.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

The platform permits soccer athletes and talent scouts to publish profile parameters, sports highlights, metrics, and video content. You maintain ownership rights over your content but grant Ballzinho a operational hosting license to showcase your football portfolio to registered platform entities.

3. Mobile Platform Safety & Zero-Tolerance Policy

You explicitly agree that you will not submit, broadcast, or comment any content that:

• Is sexually explicit, profane, abusive, harassing, or promotes systemic hate speech.
• Infringes on global sports broadcast rights, third-party intellectual property, or minors' privacy.

4. Reporting and Blocking Controls

To maintain a professional athletic environment, the Application provides interactive layout elements enabling users to instantly Report objectionable content and immediately Block abusive actors. Our administrative moderation team actively reviews flags daily, acting on severe infractions and removing accounts within 24 hours.

5. Governing Law

This EULA and any relevant platform disputes shall be governed by and analyzed according to the federal laws of the United States.
